Online registration availability begins at 12:01 AM for the listed dates.

  • November 5 (M) Matriculated Graduate Students
  • November 6 (T) Seniors with 90+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 7 (W) Juniors with 60+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 8 (R) Sophomores with 30+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 9 (F) Freshman with 1+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 10 (Sa) Open Registration Begins

  • November 5 (M) Tuition and Fee Payment Begins
  • November 10 (Sa) Open Registration Begins
  • December 7 (F) Tuition and Fee Payment Due (Mail)
  • December 14 (F) Tuition and Fee Payment Due (Online/In Person)
  • December 14 (F) Classes may be purged at 11:59pm, if there is a balance due!
  • December 17-18 (M-T) Modified Priority Registration
  • December 19 (W) Open Registration Continues Payment Due Daily

  • January 7 (M) Classes Begin
  • January 7-21 (M,M) 100% Refund Available*
  • January 11 (F) Last Day to Add Without Instructor’s Signature
  • January 21 (M) Holiday (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
  • January 22-28 (T-M) 50% Refund Available
  • January 28 (M) Last Day to Receive Tuition Refund
  • January 28 (M) Last Day to Add Classes +

  • March 8-31 (Sa-M) Drops Require a Late Drop Form (WF on Transcript) Students may NOT drop classes on ACCESS.)
  • March 10-14 (M-F) No Classes (Spring Break)
  • April 2 (W) Last Day to Submit Petition for Late Drop Form
  • April 1 (T) - May 3 (F) No Dropping of Classes Permitted
  • April 21-25 (M-F) No Test Week
  • April 25 (F) Last Day of Classes
  • April 28- May 2 (M-F) Final Exams
  • May 2-3 (F, Sa) University Commencement Activities

* These refund amounts will be automatically calculated. You will not need to submit a refund request. Refunds beyond these published percentages WILL NOT be granted except in the most extreme, documented cases.
