Apply for Graduation

First Step: Scroll Down to the Apply Online for Graduation link
(Please read all the information below).

Before applying for graduation, please check that your current major, emphasis, and minor are listed on your student record. You may do this by logging into ACCESS.

Once you have successfully logged in, please click on the link labeled, "Institutional Coursework." You will be brought to a new screen listing your current degree information. At this point you can see your current listed major with your emphasis or concentration and any additional minors or majors that you have. If any of this information is incorrect, please fill out and submit a Change of Matriculation form.

This form will require a signature from your academic advisor. Once the change of matriculation form is complete, please return it to the Registrar's Office in TSC 246. At this point you may apply for graduation.

After you have completed the above major, emphasis, and minor verifications, then click the following link to submit the Online Application for Graduation request form.

Please Note: This is only the initial step in the graduation application process. You should plan on 4-8 weeks to complete the entire process.

After you have completed the Online Application for Graduation Request from the link above, you will need to pick up the completed Graduation Application Packet after 15 business days processing time from the date of online submission at the Registrar's Office.
