BUSINESS PRIZE

If you are planning on completing The Shingo Prize assessment process in time for the 2009 Award Ceremony, May 5th in Nashville, Tennessee your achievement report should be in by July 1, 2008. We may be able to complete the process, in time, after this date but it becomes more difficult. If you have questions concerning timing of your application please call Shaun Barker 435-797-3815. We accept applications continuously throughout the year and encourage early applications. Applicants receive feedback approximately 30 days after completion of the process, this includes award status.
